It’s been amazing to join Ekta’s 4-weekends 2021 Kick start challenge workshop based on Holistic approach towards a better health. I learnt many tiny steps which we overlook always in our daily lives. Best thing I found in your workshop is your friendly approach where we connect internally to rely upon someone. And, you always give suggestions which are easily available and pocket friendly too not like some other expensive and unsustainable diets.
You helped me with many hidden information which we face in our day to day life as myth like avoiding potatoes is helpful for weight loss or stopping animal protein can cause protein deficiency. So, a big thanks to you for giving us some light on our way towards a healthy life. Although I was stuck with plenty of issues, but I am happy that I was able to attend your class managing some “Me” time.

I joined this workshop to learn some tips and recipes in incorporating meals that can be quick to make during a busy work week but still nutritious. Yes, it was worth my time and money. For the next time, I think it would be a good idea to increase the planned time or number of days for the workshop since there are a lot of dishes that we made. The main reason to join the workshop was to cooking meals together; learn to meal prep by actually doing it all together live. My main health goal is to manage cooking healthy, well balanced meals everyday – Planning meals ahead of the week so that I can balance busy work days but still have good meals that do not take a lot of time to prepare and weight management.

Best recipes – falafel and energy balls J .My reason to join the workshop was to learn to identify which preservatives are okay. What is safe to buy from supermarkets & good, quick recipes.
