    I work with clients who are open minded to try vegan, transitioning to a vegan lifestyle, or are vegan already but not feeling their best yet and want to lose weight while gaining health.

    4 weeks long and each week you will have live group zoom call with Ekta.

    The recordings of the live sessions won’t be shared. This is to encourage active participation in the program.

    Yes, it’s a group program.  So you won’t be alone. You will have each other’s support & accountability which is really helpful when changing lifestyle. Testimony to this are my past clients.

    You can ask your questions on zoom live calls.  But for your specific health issues you can book additional session with me at 60 Euros for 30 minutes for 1-1 consultation during the program.

    Yes! Our program is focused on diet free weight loss but our past clients have seen numerous results while following the guidelines taught during the 4 weeks. Read here. 

    My focus is to help you build long lasting habits that supports your health goals lifelong. It’s not a quick fix. And hence it’s the most effective way to lose weight, feel energetic and fit.
