I am very thankful to have joined your  Nurture 5 program with Ekta. Adapting a healthy and  disciplined lifestyle is not tough, is my main take away from the Nurture 5 program. When I joined your program my main concern was to lose weight so that I can reduce my intake of diabetes medication. I definitely achieved my goal in your guidance.

I was on Pioglitazone to control my blood sugar for the last two years. When I started the Nurture 5 Program with Ekta,  I got off my medication.  My doctor asked me to stop the medication completely. This itself motivated me so much to eat healthy and lead a disciplined life not only during the program but lifelong. I have learnt oil free cooking under the guidance of Ekta. I joined Ekta’s Nurture 5 program for a few reasons but my main goal was to lose weight which stuck for a long time. 

But after joining her 5  weeks program I started feeling changes all over my body. My physical and mental being. Most precisely, my mindset started changing. I have been focusing  on clean eating and my habits started changing week by week. Ekta has a very disciplined and dedicated style towards coaching. She looked after each and every client and understood  what they were struggling with. She helped  in every possible way to keep them on track, this helped to start shifting my habits.I have stopped eating dairy and refined sugar. I stopped keeping packaged food at home. I only eat home cooked plant based foods.

The results have been amazing. During this program, my clothes started feeling loose. I have come from size XL to size M. Inch wise also I lost from every area of my body and also I lost 3 kgs in 5 weeks very easily with no struggle simply following the guidelines of Ekta and changing my mindset. 

I am super happy and feel encouraged and motivated to continue this journey further.  I will be joining her 1-1 program. There is no shortcut for a healthy and fit body like Ekta has. I think  the Nurture 5 program, time duration was not is a perfect time to push me out of my comfort zone and enable me to adapt to a healthy lifestyle by changing my day today  unhealthy habits, and being more mindful of my overall eating patterns.

Frankly, speaking, the cost for the program was way less than what I had anticipated to get in 5 weeks. None of the health coaching programs that I have come across has been so cheap given the fact that the value was more than expected.

My struggle was to lose 5-6 pounds. It was stuck for a long time. How can I make healthy eating a part of my lifestyle? It seemed like a lot of work, time consuming and difficult. Incorporating healthier foods like a whole fruit everyday; Incorporating dark greens into my daily diet; mindfulness of having the right amount of fats, carbs and colours in my main meal plates; my dependency on dairy from my morning tea/coffee everyday was some of the things I didn’t know how to do?

After the Nurture 5 Program I am pretty close to overcoming my daily struggles after the 5 week program with Ekta. The program taught me how to push myself to get out of my comfort zone and try a variety of wholesome foods. I start my mornings with a nourishing green smoothie, this has been my go to and a game changer in my overall health goals. I inculcated healthy cooking techniques which I never imagined was possible to do. I have lost 6 pounds in the last 5 weeks and am continuing to lose weight. I have now lost 7-8 pounds.  I also lost 2 inches around my waist which is the best gain. I fit into my clothes more comfortably.

I feel more energetic, lively and revived. I would recommend Ekta to anyone who has been struggling to achieve their weightloss goals and is on restrictive diet plans.GO EKTA!!!!😊

Ekta provided me with nutrition knowledge, the whys and the how’s. I learned how to plan a weekly meal plan and adapt it to my schedule. She gave me much nutritional information, helped me organize the meals and make sure it was balanced.
