6 months Transform Your Health Program

Through the process of a unique bio-individual approach, I coach committed individuals on sustainable wellness strategies that increase overall quality of life long-term. My coaching will establish a connection between your core problems and finding long lasting solutions. I will be your guide on the side. A mentor to help you stay accountable and motivated.

Twelve 50-minutes one-on-one zoom or phone sessions with Ekta

Customized coaching experience specific to your needs and goals

Follow up notes after each session, recommendations and calls to action

Recipes and menu program support provided

Assistance with pantry makeover and clean eating guidance

Handouts, book recommendations specifically chosen for your purpose

A surprise goody sent to your door

Email support for any in between stuck points, reply expected within 48 hours

Each session will be for 45-50 min each

Two Plant-Based Cooking sessions. It will include meal prepping and a complete 3 course Plant-Based dinner menu.

Pantry Makeover (this will give detailed insights into your kitchen and will create opportunity for a healthful change)

Guided meditation with mantra chanting (optional) and Yog Nidra for deep relaxation

3 months Plant Powered Program

The uniqueness of this program is a Plant-Based nutrition. The beauty of this program is that it is an easy, delicious and sustainable way of eating.  The freedom to enjoy food without caloric restriction will be surprisingly liberating to your overall health. You will feel confident and fully equipped to cook healthier without too much fuss and stress. You can nourish your body and mind even on a hectic schedule. This program covers all grounds.

3 months coaching is for you if:

You want to transition to a wholefoods plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle

You are already Vegan, but worried about your nutrition and low energy.

You want to lose weight and feel fit in your body once and for all. 

You have a strong desire to ditch dieting and learn about ‘REAL’ foods

You want to learn healthy cooking techniques, new recipes, and time saving cooking skills

You feel stuck with same boring take away and fast foods

You experience unexplained pain and inflammation

You are the only one in your family wanting to eat more Plants

You travel a lot, and eating healthy always gets pushed to the back seat

Power Plate-3 months one-on-one coaching includes:

Six 50-minutes one-on-one zoom or phone sessions with Ekta

Customized coaching experience specific to your nutrition goals

Pantry makeover live session with Ekta (thorough insights into your pantry that will create an opportunity for change)

Healthy cooking techniques and time-saving cooking skills

Grocery list and substitution of ingredients

You will learn how to meal prep to avoid hasty food choices

How to identify “real foods” from foods

Guidance on food combinations and wholesome ingredients

Knowledge on sustainable and toxic free ways to run your kitchen

Ways to manage social gatherings and outings

2 Live Cooking sessions which can be a part of this program. It will include meal prepping and a complete 3 course Plant-Based dinner menu.
