During this cooking workshop you will prepare a full 3-course plant-based menu including a delicious dessert.
The cooking workshop starts at 6:00 PM and ends around 9.30 PM.
Plant-based food is easy but requires some thoughts and creativity. Our experts will hand you tools to eat vegan in a responsible and balanced way. Practical cooking skills and tips for incorporating healthful eating habits into daily life.
You will receive information about the menu that you will prepare together after registration.
You will work in teams of approximately 9-10 people, under expert supervision. A short introduction about plant-based nutrition and its positive impact on our health will be given at the beginning of each session. While cooking, there will be plenty of time to chat, drink a glass of wine and look at each other’s pans. After starters and mains , you will sit down to enjoy your homemade culinary delights. The program will conclude with coffee, tea & self made treats. All recipes will be sent to you via email after the workshop so you can try at home later.
Price & payment
• One workshop costs 69 euros including VAT and drinks
(still and blue spot mineral water, white and red wine).
• If you choose two workshops together, it will cost only 115 euros (discount of 23 euros).
• Payments are required two weeks prior to the workshops.

You will be guided by Ekta Singh and Berenice Jaime.
Ekta Singh is Certified Plant-Based Nutritionist & Health Coach, Vegan recipe developer and certified Yoga Instructor. Her approach is holistic with focus on weight loss, self care, stress management and habit shifts.
Berenice is a registered lifestyle dietician with a focus on people. Her approach is holistic and as a paramedic she helps patients with diabetes, liver and gastroenterologist diseases.

Lovely experience, I liked it very much to learn how to cook plant based and how to use spices. I use them but it’s nice to learn how to mix them. Mixing spices and products you don’t always think of mixing, I want to learn how to cook more plants.

I learn by doing, so it was great to actually action techniques in the kitchen. Loved the flavors and use of spices used during the cooking.
